We offer products manufactured by Herbs Blend itself. Product types include Cosmetics, Perfumes, Spices. Product categories include Cosmetic, Perfumes, Spices.

Product descriptions, images, and other content are provided for general information. Natural and botanical products may vary slightly in colour, scent, or appearance between batches. Please also review our Disclaimer.

The client has supplied the following product-related statements for face packs only. Complete ingredient lists, usage directions, warnings, allergy information, and supporting evidence were not provided for publication; we do not invent those details here.

Statements supplied for face packs only (not for perfumes or spices):

Additional face-pack related claims supplied by the business for review:

These health-related and “natural / chemical free” claims require final Indian legal/regulatory review before production publication. Do not treat this section as approved advertising copy.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice before an order is accepted. GST is applicable. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts will be shown at checkout where available. An invoice is generated after payment confirmation.

Product availability is not guaranteed; we may limit quantities or discontinue items. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or stock errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected for that order where applicable.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept an order when we confirm it or when we dispatch the goods, whichever applies under our fulfilment process. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

COD orders incur shipping charges as shown at checkout. Prepaid orders: products are typically dispatched in 2–3 working days after payment, and delivery charges may not apply to prepaid orders as described in our Shipping Policy.

We deliver within India only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days. Tracking information is shared through the order tracking page where available. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation charges may be deducted. Cancellation requests must be raised before dispatch by contacting support with your order reference. Further detail appears in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns are not generally applicable. Exchange is allowed only for a wrong product or a defective/damaged product, subject to inspection and the hygiene rules in our return policy. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. Products with a broken seal are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to those policy conditions.

Refunds are raised for failed or undelivered shipments according to our policy. Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days via UPI or bank account (including COD refunds).

For wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact support through our Contact page and upload an unboxing video or photos. The product will be checked before exchange approval. Damaged packages are handled by exchange only. The customer pays applicable return shipping costs.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and design—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

You agree not to:
